'Throxenby' is the name I have given to a village on the edge of a large town on the north east coast of Yorkshire. It is a very real and often very rugged place with high cliffs and moorland as well as forests and rivers. The town is a bit shabby with not much to do for a teenager like Zack Dante - perhaps you live in such a place? The only excitement are the various house parties that people have when parents are away and gathering under the old bridge on Friday nights. A long time ago the town was prestigious. It was known as the first sea side resort and spa town. Kings and Princes would come from around the world and it was the first place to allow nude sea bathing from candy striped bathing machines. It was the haunt of millionaires who would come to fish for Tunny and walk on the long promenade under the shadow of the castle. During the 1st World war the town became the rallying cry to recruit British troops. With all these clues, it should be easy for you to find out where Zack Dante lives...
